The novel dispersion-strengthened and dispersion-hardened alloys are widely used in the electric arc deposition method to apply multifunctional coatings with the record-breaking service properties. They ensure a whole new level of service parameters and durability of various devices, including aircraft engines (platforms, blades, adapters), air-conditioning systems for airplanes and railway transport (fairings, valves, pistons, and shafts). These materials can also be used to design new-generation turbine power plants employed in such industries as aircraft and marine engine building, aerospace engineering, etc.
