Socio-economic development of cities and regions: -This work has developed the structure of multi-level predictive models for the main courses of city vital functions. The result is the basic model, that aided in understanding of the projected trends in changes in the quality of life for the city population, the characteristics of the main functional units of the city and the its government. This model formed the development strategy for key development options, as well as uncovered several additional key factors; -This work also evaluates the social impact of different city-forming industrial enterprises using computer models; -The results include key elements’ medium-term forecasts defining the transformation of socio-economic sector of the country as well as the global environment. Those results are updated on a regular basis. Metallurgy. The nuclear industry: -The work has resulted in a multi-scenario predictive development models for the technical systems of several leading domestic manufacturers of steel products. We have evaluated competitiveness of metallurgical enterprises in several alternative scenarios and defined medium-term effects; -We have developed steel companies’ capitalization management system using computation models based on the predicted states of the main structural indicators; -We have determined the regularities of the formation of steel quality with wide profile and vintage range. In addition, we have projected developed reserves to reduce production costs in the multistep process of its production; -We have defined the approach to define effective ways to create and develop innovative industrial production in the existing facilities using standard predictive model; -Simulation results include innovative components growth trend for the near future, risks, basic components of a complex of enterprises and innovations conflicts, the key factors of development. Materials consumption industries: -We have formed practical uses based on created databases of mechanical properties and operational characteristics of perspective, structural and functional metallic materials that include a wide range of chemical composition variation and the production factors. We have substantiated procedures based on collective expertise of the complex material properties of various classes in the investigated areas of the factor space; -We have developed methods of market research and forecasting trends of the stages of the innovation cycle of materials with a promising set of properties. Education: We have justified and implemented predictive models of major research university complexes (scientific, educational, economic, , social and domestic) Science High School as a whole.
