In the applied and practical studies, the development and commercialization of medical devices are carried out according to the collaboration agreement with “Globetek 2000 Pty Ltd.” Co. (Melbourn, Australia). In the frame of this agreement, the following medical devices based on the shape memory effect and superelasticity are patented and commercialized: - The removable surgical clips based on the shape memory effect for clipping of blood vessels and the “Clipholder” system for its installation and removing. - Superelastic trap “Trawle” with manipulator to remove the stones from the hollow organs providing its safe capture and easy release if necessary. - Endoscopic device for ballooning and stenting of intestine narrowings. - Superelastic staples for suturing blood vessels and hollow organs, providing operations without shutting down the heart
