RESEARCH OF ROTARY MAGNETIZATION IN MATERIALS FOR RARE EARTH BASED PERMANENT MAGNETS

We developed a model and software based on phenomenological approach to the process of rotary magnetization, which visualizes the process of rotary magnetization of uniaxial high-anisotropy Ferro magnetic. The advantage of the developed model is the possibility to take into account individual hysteresis qualities of each micro volume and their distribution in the material. Besides the model takes into account magneto static interactions between magnet micro volumes. The model can be applied in the investigation of magnetic properties of permanent magnets based on the compound of rare-earth metals with 3D transition metals such as SmCo5 and Nd2Fe14B. The proposed approach accounts for all peculiarities of rotary magnetization of these materials, visualizing the process from inside, simulating experimental data, measured by magnetometer. It has become possible to determine the impact of foreign deposits on the process of rotary magnetization, assess crystalline and magnetic texture. Rotary magnetization process visualization allows to determine common changes factors of blast-furnace magnetic structure in the magnetic field in various magnet states.
