Synthesis of SRFE12019 Based Hard Coercivity Anisotropic Nanostructured Hard Magnetic Materials

СИНТЕЗ ВЫСОКОКОЭРЦИТИВНЫХ АНИЗОТРОПНЫХ НАНОСТРУКТУРИРОВАННЫХ МАГНИТОТВЕРДЫХ МАТЕРИАЛОВ НА ОСНОВЕ СОЕДИНЕНИЯ SrFe12O19
Physical Materials Science department developed a method for obtaining hard magnetic anisotropic strontium hexaferrite powder by means of high energy milling with further low and/or high temperature annealing including the process in external magnetic field. The powder obtained presently has coercive force of 4kOe, residual magnetic induction of 1.4 and magnetic production of n1.8 times higher than the original isotropic microcrystalline powder which is presently used. It can be used even now for making hard magnetic sintered magnets or composite magnets (resin-bounded magnets)
